Here, East Bay Soul performs classic Christmas Songs with a mix of Funk Jazz, R&B and Soul.\u00a0Greg Adams, Grammy and Emmy nominated trumpeter\u2019s gorgeous arrangements herald in the season and the soulful R&B vocal by Terrell Edwards caress the timeless lyrics of your favorite holiday music.<\/p>\n

Adams is one of the world\u2019s best-known musical signatures. As a founding member of Tower of Power, legendary for his arrangements that made the TOP horn section a sought out entity all its own.<\/p>\n

An amazing ensemble of musicians, that includes keyboardist Nick Milo, former music director for the late Joe Cocker, drummer Herman Matthews who toured extensively with Tom Jones, virtuoso Richard Smith on guitar and funk bass man, Del Atkins.<\/p>\n

The band\u2019s horn section that delivers Greg\u2019s percussive horn arrangements is Steve Nieves on alto and tenor sax Johnnie Bamont on alto, tenor and baritones sax, Michael Stever on lead trumpet and Flugelhorn, and completing the horn section is Lee Thornburg on trumpet flugelhorn and trombone who was also a member of Tower Of Power as well as Herman Matthews and Nick Milo.<\/p>\n

Their combined musical pedigree of East Bay Soul reads like a who\u2019s who\u2019s in pop culture.<\/p>\n
